I myself an a Ruben connoisseur, so if you like Ruben’s this is the place. The fried pickles, delicious, the loaded potato skins iconic. We got the food to go, we walked in and the food came out. Got home opened the food up and it was so beautiful. Eating this Ruben had to be the best thing ever. Also it was Saint Patrick day and this will be a new yearly tradition. But I probally need this sandwich at least once a month. The bartender on duty was beautiful and sweet. For a little place in the neighborhood I can’t believe it was this delicious. If you don’t live in crest hill it’s worth the trip. 100/10 would recommend
Great bar and awesome food. One of the best local eats I've been to. It's becoming a routine that we eat here almost once a week. So far I've had the paddy melt and the Ruben. Both have been magnificent, looking forward to trying out the rest of the menu.
Stopped in here based on Facebook page recommendations.. This place is great! Chili, bread pork tenderloin and nachos were all amazing.
Good vibes good drinks and excellent classic American food cooked like grandma used to make. Perfect local bar experience nestled comfortably in a lovely neighborhood.
5 of family were just there for lunch. Kim was fantastic. We each had 1/2 pound burger and fries. Both were very good. Kim offered to cook even though kitchen is closed on Mondays
We went on a Monday not knowing the kitchen wasn't open ,however kim graciously took care of us cooking burgers for the 5 of us.
The stuffed pepper was so mouth watering baked to perfection that I immediately cut it in half and shared with more than enough for two. It was served with a garden salad with the good French dressing which was also big enough for two, so delicious.. leftovers were still good the next day I still had a meal. I got a raging appitizer of Cajun fries with a cup of hot melted cheese on the side. The staffing was friendly and prompt. This is just one of the famous specials here. Drinks and food are moderately priced. Fun environment and cozy with a bunch tvs to catch a sports game or two.
Fish Friday's I got the fried cod and shrimp, very friendly staff and atmosphere. It had been a while since I had been there. Definitely will return to try more of the menu
